It can be an issue from switch, but we will have to have a solution in
controller if that issue happens in the switch :-). Switch can reject the
ownership for various reason (probably switch problem), but controller
should not go in bad state if that happens.

actual master or carbon branch with org.opendaylight.openflowplugin.impl DEBUG
and send me the karaf logs ?
