I'd stay away from .NET and Mono. The Mono package will never be as compatible as necessary and may have legal challenges from MS. Java is a much better cross-platform option. It is truly portable, fast (now), and has very nice development tools (Eclipse). /Mark Mark H. Spohr, MD -
