Just edit the next configuration file:/etc/power.conf
Insert or change the cpupm enable line to
cpupm enable poll-mode
May be need to restart the system then check it with these commands:
kstat -p cpu_info:::supported_frequencies_Hz
kstat -p cpu_info:::current_clock_Hz

I have trouble with 123 port. I wanted to set a NTP client not a server.
I received an e-mail my ISP with a complain. Someone use my server 123 port.
My NTP settings is the next:
cp /etc/inet/ntp.client /etc/inet/ntp.conf
nano /etc/inet/ntp.conf

I have a little problem with smb server. When I issue the svcs -x
command then I looked everything is all right but from win7 I could not
see the shared folder's.
Just I can see the attached folder's.

Please look the load in the top.The CPU idle time is not enough.The
difference is very huge.In your case may be the load over the 2.If am I
right then your CPU is weak for this feature.
Check again.
