I wonder if there are more apache-24 modules, and how to find them?
$ pfexec pkg refresh --full
$ pkg search -r apache-24

Hi
Trying to add own packages to local repo according to instructions found at:
http://bradhudsonjr.wordpress.com/2011/08/11/how-to-publish-your-own-ips-packages/
Basically boils down to creating a local repo with dir /IPS/packaging/
Add software to ips directory structure
then:

Hi.
Hi,
so 'pkg search -r' doesn't work anymore?
It works.
pkg search -r '*apache-24*' ...
And how do you explain missing apache-24 entries from web interface to
/hipster pkg repository?
Web interface show link only for 0.5.11-0.151.8.1 branch packages, but
we are on 2014.0.0.X branch

Ye, that is working ... Thank you for enlightenment ... This has been working earlier (sometimes in past) w/o specifying regex - not
sure when it has
Currently
we deliver glib 2.36.1.
Do you see any possible problem in upgrading glib to 2.40?
(userland components to rebuild? illumos kernel compat?)

Hi,
we're experiencing problems with Oracle Java7 swing apps running on Openbox on
XStreamOS Desktop:
the swing app quickly get grayed out, then stays grayed but usable.
Running the same app on Java6 works fine.
Tried also with Java8, same as Java7.
Did you ever experience anything similar on OI?

I've found updating glib to be pretty safe - on Tribblix, I've
Have you tried with openJDK 7 ? I've heard that it has better backwards
compatibility, but I cannot confirm it.
There are quite a few tools that I have/use that are not compatible with
Java 7, or at least weren't with older version ...

From something I did several years ago zpool import reports a zfs-8000-5e
error on my system for a 2 slice mirror (c0d0s9 c1d0s9). I would like to
make the message go away. There is nothing to recover and the slices
referenced are too small to form a new pool and cannot be enlarged.

I hate it when this happens.
After sending this I found a Sun document describing the on disk zfs format.
That gave me the needed clues.
The solution is to wipe the slices reported as corrupted using a dd
if=/dev/zero.
