One of update mixed up my system. It's mean the system stuck one version.
When I tried to update it everything is good until I reboot the system.
It's not starting itself.
The boot menu shows lot version under the working system and I can not
see any new updated version. ( I can not see "47"
I have to apologize I'm not follow every day the illumos changing or
updating.
I appreciate the help of Andreas. It was so quick and straightforward.
The next command was enough for my system:
svccfg delete metainit

This output likely rules out your cabling and possibly your power supply
as being an issue. All the link rates negotiated at 6Gbit and there are
no error, sync, or reset issues reported presumably by the hba which is
good.
I've seen issues similar to your caused by the power supply being under
to the bottom of case.
Now it hasn't got any kernel or smart 199 error. I think the black slot
is driven by C226 and blue is driven by CPU.
I'm very happy now.
