Using Illumos binaries on Solaris is only a quick and dirty workaround.
From my tests it worked but I am glad to use Illumos as prime platform.
I do not expect Oracle to include minIO but hope for a 3rd party
repository as the Opensource minIO is from what I have seen the

- is there a file "hdd-2012/replica/projects-3" here or at the
mountpoint that hinders a mount?
- Any hints in the system or fault management log?
