localonly isn't doing anything right now (well, CVS is updated).  It was 
supposed to turn off IPMB scanning and setting up the event receiver, 
and it is supposed to be automatic when running from the local interface 
on an ATCA blade, actually.  I have already patched this, but it will be 
equivalent to the settings I gave you.

I'm not sure what is going on.  If there are SDRs in the local 
repository that point other IPMB, those particular addresses will be 
scanned no matter what the settings.

I can try this out.
