I am going to guess its because when you get real close to release and start building candidates for release the build string no longer has "EA" in it, and someone might mistakenly think it is an actual confirmed FCS build you can use in production. That is not the case until it has passed fina

It was there a few days ago, when I downloaded it for OS X. Now the page only shows b25. It’s the first FCS build, so I wonder if it was removed for a reason. It’s still there for download if you guess the URL. Scott
