Running JavaFX-11 applications from within Eclipse fails

I have downloaded openjfx-11_windows-x64_bin-sdk.zip and unzipped it in C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-11 and I have also placed openfx in the C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-11\javafx-sdk-11 directory.
