Adding the names of the "monitors" to the "General" tab of
"Configure OpenLP" would make identifying the displays easier.

Currently they are just listed as "Screen 1", "Screen 2", "Screen 3"
where they could eg. be: "Samsung Sync Master", "Epson projector", "Philips  
PHL"

In case of multiple displays with same names, a number 
could be added as an identifier. (1/2), (2/2).
