Add -X (—debug) and -e (—errors) to the compile.pl arguments to have maven give
extra details on whats going on here. I think if you edit
opennms-webapp/pom.xml and add true to the
block in the jspc profile, that should also provide extra detail on what the
jspc plugin is doing.
