using the prototype TM Forum resource alarm management interface.
I have now got this interface working as an overlay install on top of
the latest stable version

With respect to the TM Forum interface, I would very much like to get it
completed

Until the TMF based interface is implemented in OpenNMS, can users rely on
the HTTPNorthBounder for alarm forwarding (even though it may not be
reliable messaging). An asynchronous mechanism may be better than polling
the Alarms resource through the REST interface.
So, is there any detai
