Those are the correct commands, perhaps your network blocks non-
proxies HTTPS? Alternatively, you could try http instead of https...

Thanks for your reply. About the network, I sent an email to our network
admin...But I understand you said alternatively, it should work via http, but
unfortunately it failed, same error:
