It should be same for UC3C series, because the port is 5V tolarent.
I'm using KiCAD, eagle has a limitation on the size of the PCB.
I have released the AVR32 code, but it will be tested later this week.

We have been trying to debug a .Net Microframework Port onto an IntelMote2
device running a PXA271 processor using openocd-ftd2xx.exe( Version: Open
On-Chip Debugger 1.0 (2008-10-04-10:00)).
I am able to step through the code well, but a strange error keeps popping
at the most undesirable of
Failed to receiving data from debug handler after 1000 attempts
time out writing RX register
time out writing RX register
Remote connection closed
Any idea why this may be happening?
Are you running at too high clock rate?
One problem is that jtag_khz can have a soft fail

again.
