Hi folks,

Community contributor Chad Sansing wrote to tell me about a new series
of community calls he'll co-host over the next few weeks. The agenda
looks wonderful. Wanted to pass it along. Details below.

==========

We hope this note finds you well during this time of uncertainty and
change. You are close in our thoughts.

We’re writing to let you know about a new series of “Movement-Building
from Home” community calls meant to help people continue their work
during the COVID19 crisis.

Whether you’ve been thrust into running a virtual conference for the
first time, or you’ve been movement-building from home for years, these
calls are a space for allies to share their own experience with movement
building online and pivoting to virtual projects.

During the calls, we’ll discuss how to:

   - Run online meetings (Week 1).
   - Practice online community care (Week 2).
   - Practice personal ecology and self-care (Week 3).
   - Practice online community management (Week 4).

The MozFest community would find great value in you joining us, and of
course, the invitation is also warmly extended to any of your colleagues
or community members who might benefit from sharing their ideas and
approaches with others.

The calls will run from the week of 13 April through the week of 4 May
2020. We’re running each call several times per week to increase
accessibility, and shared notes and recordings will allow people to
engage asynchronously.

You can learn more about the calls and find the schedule and
registration link here <https://mzl.la/2VcwCJD>:

Please let us know if you have any questions about these
“Movement-Building from Home” calls or how to get involved. If you’d
like to share on social media, we suggest a post like this:

Join us for a series of community calls about movement-building from
home during #covid19. We’ll learn about online meetings, community care,
personal ecology & #selfcare, & community management. Schedule &
registration here: https://mzl.la/2VcwCJD .

Thank you so much for your time. We hope to see you during the community
calls!
