** [tickets:#3071] SMF: Improve/correct ccb handler rules for recovery**

**Status:** assigned
**Milestone:** 5.19.10
**Created:** Wed Aug 14, 2019 12:34 PM UTC by elunlen
**Last Updated:** Wed Aug 21, 2019 06:51 AM UTC
**Owner:** Thang Duc Nguyen

Rules for error recovery when handling IMM CCB does not handle IMM synch
correctly.
Timeout times used with the rules are hard coded. Implement possibility to
configure timeouts (investigate if needed).
A work around is implemented, see ticket [#3061]. This work around should be
replaced by this fix.

The sna should be supported in /base code for uint16_t, uint32_t, since the
sequence number are being used in some other services. mds will adapt the sna
16bit for flow control from /base

Currently fenced writes to syslog, drops the "osaf_node_is_isolated" file and
calls systemd to stop registered services when two active controllers are
seen. As OpenSAF is expected to handle split brain correctly fenced should only
write to syslog and not drop the file and not stop registered services.
