I am not able to reproduce it with the suggested patch applied. Please check
the saflog:
1 11:42:48 09/22/2014 NO safApp=safClmService
safNode=SC-1,safCluster=myClmCluster JOINED, init view=1, cluster view=1
2 11:42:49 09/22/2014 NO safApp=safAmfService
Just to answer your question:
The below logs comes in the begenning:
11 11:42:49 09/22/2014 NO safApp=safAmfService
safSu=SU1,safSg=AmfDemo,safApp=AmfDemo1 OperState DISABLED = ENABLED
and later on avd_su_oper_state_evh is called after component gets instantiated.
