A debug patch using MDS_CALLBACK_MSG_LOSS was added to AMFD and AMFND. This MDS
message loss callback was not called at message loss, AMF detected message loss
and at the same time TIPC sends an ancilliary message TIPC_ERR_OVERLOAD to
notify that packages has been dropped:
AMF at SC-2 detects message loss from PL-2-43 (22b0f):
