If IMM has maximum limit of 2048 for the longDN object, then AMF should reject
the creation of application objects by calculating the size of the rt objects.

One finding in amfd & immnd trace, looks like max size allowed by imm is 2048,
the dn has size 2614

Hi Srikanth R,
In attachment, I think the script createAppTestApp.sh is supposed to setup the
app but I don't find any csi/si with long DN string as reported in this ticket.
The error "create FAILED 13" is returned code amfd gets from IMM, so can you
please rerun the test and include immd/immnd
