This comes from openssl/sha.h and is used between #ifdef ENABLE_OPENSSL in
cardos-tool.c.

I am getting some errors trying to compile from the latest SVN, and I
don't know whether I am just missing a library or environment
variable, or if the build is just not working at the moment. I'm new
to the project, so this is the first time I'm trying to compile the
code.
