I have been able to get the SCB-0.6+ to work on XP with the ID Ally CSP with
Windows login, runas /smartcard and IE.
There where two main issues and some minor issues:
(1) The ATRs supported by the CSP must be added to the registry. Windows
login reads the ATR then calls the CSP. I did not see t
