I believe that the nightly binary builds were deactivated because of the danger of data corruption or other unexpected effects in trunk builds for users who weren't prepared for the possibility (as was demonstrated recently). Of course, I don't include you in that group, Ai ;). I don't know of any immediate plans to reactivate it.
