Hey Amit, I'm affraid you are somewhat on the wrong path here, OpenSocial works quite differently from that.
An gadget contains only HTML, JS and CSS code, and no php or any other programming language type stuff... However you can of course call your own server from JavaScript using gadgets.io.makeRequest, and what language you use on your server is completely up to you.
