I just wish it will be at least SNV 113 or 114 as those include driver support
for newer nvidia chipsets sata,ahci,nge, etc...

Mostly here is written about problems.
Now i have to say something positive.
Update Manager noted new release and i did update from b110 based preview.
Now after reboot , system is clearly noteable faster than ever before !!

I attend to make small network x86/amd64 server using Solaris 10 U6 or
OpenSolaris.
Idea was to use 2 usb sticks as zfs mirrored rootpool and no harddisks at all.
Anyone know guides how to make this setup or is it possible at all ?

Sun just released '-01 patches to Sun Studio 12 and i did a try.
libupnp 1.6.0 sources now build succesfully with Sun Studio 12 too :-)

building using spec files did not success in S10 11/06
noted that some libpostrun needed to packaging is missing.
mediatomb new release 0.10.0 did build fine
when utilize gcc and other required tools headers and libs from /usr/sfw

Finally i was able to build libupnp sources in S10 11/06 x86.
http://sourceforge.net/projects/pupnp/
and from there version 1.6.0 sources
Could someone else confirm this is not just one time success.
libupnp success builds will enable to build upnp media servers to solaris :-)

I did a test could upnp mediaserver coded for Linux work in Solaris.
There is unsupported version for Linux. in buffalo US site.
But as this server software is implemented in Java.
it works out of the box in Solaris 10 X86 (S10 06/06 U2) too.
Just unpack archive to directory.
