I just cross compile the OpenSSL 0.9.7 under linux by mipsel-linux-gcc for
MIPS R3000, no error occur during the compiling process.
But, when I put the result lib to the hard platform, the openssl routines
can not be carried out and “segment fault” occurs.

We've found out that ccgost Engine doesn't support one of parameter sets
for GOST 28147-89 listed in RFC 4357. Actually S-Boxes for this
parameter set present in gost89.c, but are not linked to appropriate
OID. Attached patch fixes this problem and allows to use
Gost28147_89_TestParamSet (1.2.643.

When running under Linux (or any other GNU timezone/locale platform)
then no different than any other year. Just ensure you have the
correct and updated timezone file
