Hi,
I guess there is a bug in apps/crl.c.
When using the "noout" option the CRL-Application
ends with ret-code unequal zero, which apps/openssl.c
report as an error though the apps/crl.c works fine.
The bug affects for sure 0.9.7c and 0.9.7d.

BUG: apps/crl.c always returns an error when using noout-option.
Version: 0.9.7c, 0.9.7d, maybe more.
OS: Linux, but bug is OS-independent
When using the crl-command within the openssl-application the
crl-command alwas returns with a ret-value!=0 when using "noout"-option which
apps/openssl.
