OpenSSL 1.1.0 is currently in beta. OpenSSL 1.1.0 pre release 6 has now
I had heard a patch was being worked on, but I do not believe it has been
released (or if it is -- I can't find it).
I can confirm that "OpenSSL 1.1.0-pre7-dev" still has the bug which
prevents PKCS7 sign-->encrypt->decrypt from working.
