Diff between OpenSSL 0.9.7 and 0.9.8?

Hello Team, I just have one quick question: what are the major differences between 0.9.7 and 0.9.8 tracks? OpenSSL maintains both tracks so there must be some reason.. Thanks. -Xiaoyu
