I have seen a comment in some code that says, we need to include
OpenSSL bug fixes for naughty clients and for that we need to set
SSL_CTX_ctrl(,SSL_CTRL_OPTIONS, SSL_OP_ALL,). What does it mean. Where

I see things for adding entropy, loading files, etc. I don't see
anything about generating random numbers. Am I missing something so
obvious if it was a snake it would have bitten me by now?
