In addition, Nova itself should accept request ID as a transaction ID.

Sure. Just curious where you think the dividing line is -- the project
(Nova, Glance) or the service/workers (nova-api, nova-compute, etc).

Unfortunately, the unique key behaviors of each DB are different.
- Mysql : case-insensitive
- Sqlite : case-sensitive

Yes, our next focus will be on a post-commit integration test job for
trunk. That means we don't have to have all the technical problems
solved before we start testing trunk but we can draw attention to bugs.
