In terms of XenServer, I don't think the UUID typically presented via the bios. You can get it either by reading /sys/hypervisor/uuid or by using xenstore-read (e.g. xenstore-read domid followed by xenstore-read /local/domain/id/vm) Thanks, Bob From:
