Hi,actually, even for a raid 10 you would end up with 3TB usable (more around 2800 GB). You could even go for either a RAID6 or RAID10 actually, since you have 4TB you would end up with 2TB in both casesPerformance wise RAID10 is in most cases faster when it comes to reading speed, sometimes slower
