[Openstack] quantum unplug_iface - unable to unplug interface

Hi, I am testing quantum CLIs in my set up. All are fine but when I am trying to unplug a interface using the unplug_iface CLI, it is giving some Exception. Here is the snippet of command and the exception which I got :
