If you can add additional compute nodes, then create networks in neutron
with the same network range as nova-network and then migrate the VMs from
old compute node to new compute nodes with neutron support.

I have installed openstack cloudkitty in my test environment and I found
that the the Billing section is missing from the dashboard. The default
installation does not install the dashboard component. How to integrate
cloudkitty with dashboard. I have found a project here :
