You probably need also change in L2 agent’s config as it needs to report that
it supports Geneve tunnel types as well. It’s defined in
https://github.com/openstack/neutron/blob/2820c25e3a67e1cc747abdd6d69e4a0331425904/neutron/conf/plugins/ml2/drivers/ovs_conf.py#L107

wrong with the mapping from virtual to physical network:
