Thanks for the hint, it seems to be a really new problem.
I will look a bit deeper into the nova code.

after we updated the os, we cannot create any new instance.
We found out, that when ever we create a new vm, libvirt tries to start a vm
with bus type iscsi instead of virtio.
We also try to set the bus type in the image, but it does not work.
Could anybody help me with that problem?

Hello,

after we updated the os, we cannot create any new instance.
We found out, that when ever we create a new vm, libvirt tries to start 
a vm with bus type iscsi instead of virtio.

We also try to set the bus type in the image, but it does not work.
