+1 for the monthly meetings and a long standing, cross-team, collaborative
etherpad.
It’s challenging for some projects who already collaborate heavily with
communities outside of OpenStack to take on additional heavy meeting cycles.

This is a great idea Steve! I didn't realize that this option was available.
Could all the sessions do this? We have some folks that aren't able to come due
to budget constraints, but this would allow them to participate at the PTG
sessions.

I’m just catching up with this thread, but I absolutely agree with Jay on
documentation and just general messaging. This is not just a Designate issue at
