Absolutely +2. Telles has been a proven contributor for quite some time
now. Thanks for all the work, Telles!

Absolutely +1, elmiko. It's going to seem weird having a new PTL :)

I am +1 for the FFE. Unlikely to break anything else and it freshens-up a
plugin.

+1 to Trevor's $0.02. Seems like low risk to break any existing
functionality and it's a good feature that really makes sense.

My best guess is that the current setting for INSTALLED_APPS wound-up being
derived from the slightly nomadic history (moving from its own repo, then
into horizon, then into contrib, then back to its own repo). I most likely
didn't think much it other than to shorten the way that we reference our
I'm working on streamlining the Sahara UI by reducing the number of panels
and organizing them into tabs rather than individual panels. I've come
across the following sticking point. Hopefully, someone can lend a hand.
I now have a group of tabs in a TabbedTableView (each tab is a TableTab).

I submitted a bug (https://bugs.launchpad.net/sahara/+bug/1521266) and have
asked in-channel, but I'll also post here just in case it rings a bell for
someone.
Recently, Sahara was changed to use oslo.service to launch our wsgi api
server. Prior to that change, I was able to successfully run and
I'd like to request a FFE for a Data Processing (Sahara) feature.
The backend and client lib work are already in for Kilo.
The 2 patches are here:

Here is the scenario: We are looking to merge the Sahara (Data Processing)
dashboard into horizon. The 9 panels will live in a PanelGroup under Project
called Data Processing. In the spirit of code organization, it was suggested
that I put all 9 of the data processing panels into a
I agree with this. No real sense in leaving image generation up to novice
users at this point.

++ You've got my axe.

I have a question about adding new panels with respect to tests.
I have a new panel (for the Sahara project, data processing) that lives (for
now at least) under the projects folder. The plan is to have it activated only
by using the new enabled mechanism to define a new panel group, data
Thanks Mainn, that approach does work to get my panels registered for the tests
and takes care of all of the errors that I saw.
Bad news is that it gives me a couple of new ones. They are pasted here:

It looks like the panel_group_tests and panel tests want to do a
group and might make for a bit less mess.
d) Somewhere else?
The current plan is to discuss this at the next Horizon weekly meeting, but
even if you can't be there, please do add your thoughts to this thread.
