I want to request an exception to include the dns_domain for ports
extension in the Pike release.
The extension is implemented by 3 patchsets, out of which [1] and [2] have
already merged. The third patchset [3] is ready for reviews. The RFE can be
found in [4].

documentation. Ports 'inherit' their dns_domain from their network. I
encourage you to submit a RFE (Request for Enhacement) here:
