Hi folks,
is there anyway in the environment_config.yaml file of the plugin to define
some attrobutes as title (something similar to the the metadata in the
openstack.yaml of fuel-web).
I would like to add somes titles in the plugin config in order to define
section into the ui for the plugin

AFAIK there is no such feature yet. The schema validators are here [1] [2].
