Yes of course.
``rally task report`` generates standalone report that you can open
anywhere.
By default it will require internet (for js libs) but you can use
--html-static

this is going to merge js libs in

I just started to play with Rally and I wonder if I could get the output
html file with the results of a executed task and open in other machine.
Is it possible?
