based on Friday's call, I put down some notes, added few other ideas and
I am sending a draft here. Let's start on top of that, get to details,
figure out the scope and we are half finished (just implementation part,
but that's minority) :).
With the merge of Tuskar into TripleO, you might want to use [TripleO]
rather than [Tuskar]. (In that everyone in TripleO should be
interested in your notes :)).
