The openstack/oslo-specs repository is open for submissions for Kilo, and the Oslo team would appreciate your help in reviewing the proposed changes. Changes to Oslo libraries affect all projects, so we want to collect as much input as we can before committing to a direction. There are several specs already up for review, and I expect more between now and the summit.
