Just to correct the UTC time based on the calendar invite I got for this
discussion:
We are meeting at *1600 UTC*, or 9am PDT
At some point, we should just set our calendars to only
use Atlantic/Reykjavik (= UTC) and stop doing the timezone arithmetic :)
