Aggregated_state can has only values from NormalizedResourceState which is
constant enum.
Currently the NormalizedResourceState has these values : TERMINATED, ERROR,
UNRECOGNIZED , SUSPENDED , RESCUED , RESIZED , TRANSIENT , SUBOPTIMAL,
RUNNING , UNDEFINED.
I think that 2 stat
