[openstack-dev] [Fuel] Liberty naming in Fuel 8.0

Hi crew, Looking at our repositories I have found a lot of '2015.1.0' references. According to [1] Liberty has different versioning scheme. Should we change them to '2015.2.0' to meet [2]? [1] https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Liberty_Release_Schedule [2]

[openstack-dev] [Fuel] Wipe of the nodes' disks

2015-12-24 Thread Artur Svechnikov
Hi, We have faced the issue that nodes' disks are wiped after stop deployment. It occurs due to the logic of nodes removing (this is old logic and it's not actual already as I understand). This logic contains step which calls erase_node[0], also there is another method with wipe of disks [1].

Hi yuanying, How can user know about other user's trust_id? If the user can know the trust_id in other user's instance(maybe login to the instance), then other secrets can be known, too. In this case, creating a different user for each bay also has a security risk. So I think the security is

Hi, Hua. I agree with you if trust_id is secret. But I think trust_id is not a secret. User can know trustee_user_name and trustee_password from k8s/swarm instances. If user knows about other user's trust_id, user can use a other user's swift resources. This wii be a security risk. Thanks
