Hello All, I recently started looking at Octavia and i noticed it uses HAProxy as its reference implementation. I also noticed that HAProxy is GPL license so i am wondering how is this working? Just interested to know if there is a special exemption ? Thanks Gal.

Hi, Doug, Partly agree with you that " Tracebacks should be logged for errors the application can't recover from." From maintenance perspective, if some exception happened, the engineer needs to find out what causes the exception and decide to do some work to prevent more sever issue occurred.

Thank you Andrey. I wasn't aware of that spec. It indeed implements the same idea of updating the bdm, but it's not enough in my opinion. It is about updating the delete_on_termination parameter, which is great, but the user should also be able to update the other parameters, such as the disk_bus
