This is string from /opt/stack/requirements/global-requirements.txt:
SQLAlchemy>=0.8.4,<=0.9.99,!=0.9.0,!=0.9.1,!=0.9.2,!=0.9.3,!=0.9.4,!=0.9.5,!=0.9.6
I also completely removed /opt/stack/requirements/, then unstack.sh
and stack.sh again -- di
