The SRIOV feature supported by Openstack Juno also works for Intel-X NIC,
until you have any specific needs such as rate limiting etc.

My board having Intel-XL710 controller supporting for SRIOV and in openstack
juno sriov supported blogs or docs they informed sriov supported only for
mellonox kind devices ?? and also they mentioned we have to write our own
monolithic plugin for our new device;
