For the most part this shouldn't impact folks, as nothing in here should
really be used outside of devstack. However some plugins might be
impacted if they work off of variables that were not expected.

of side effects.
In the meantime similar work is happening in Neutron, so in the future,
there would be possibility to remove all occurences of 'tenant_id' from

If breaks happen, please let us know. The response is mostly going to be
